We would definitely come back here if we go to Eastbourne. Very clean place & friendly staff. Our economy twin room accommodated us perfectly. Free Wi-Fi was available too. Close to the beach.

breakfast was rich, comfy bed. recommend it to anyone, good value. we were happy to find tiffin express 200 m away, where we could eat. we planned to visit princes park, that was 15 minutes on foot, so we stayed here.
